Privacy Policy
Effective 30 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Highly Performant Limited collects through Synthetic Signals, why, and your rights over it. Highly Performant Limited is the data controller for that information.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide:
- your email address (required);
- optionally: your name, your stage of development, a short description of what you’re building, and a link (e.g. GitHub or company site); and
- basic technical data such as your request metadata, used to operate and secure the site.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to:
- contact you about early access and respond to your enquiry;
- evaluate fit for the early-access programme and improve Synthetic Signals; and
- operate, secure, and maintain the service.
Our legal basis is your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Synthetic Signals — for example our email/CRM provider (MailerLite) and our hosting provider — who process it on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep waitlist and contact data for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@syntheticsignals.ai.
6. Synthetic data
The simulated population inside Synthetic Signals is generated from public, aggregate statistics. It is not real personal data and does not describe identifiable individuals.
